At Gloss & Toss Salon , we strive to provide every guest with high-quality service and results. Please review our policies below.
Service Refund Policy
All services are Non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we do not offer monetary refunds. Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and professional products used during your appointment.
Service Adjustment / Re-Touch
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 5 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment to correct the original service.
Conditions for adjustments:
• Requests must be made within 5 days of the original appointment.
• Adjustments must relate to the original service performed.
• Adjustments are typically performed by the original stylist.
• The salon reserves the right to determine whether a correction is needed.
Complimentary Adjustments Do Not Apply If
• You change your mind about the style or color after the service.
• Another salon or stylist has altered the hair after your appointment.
• Improper home care or products caused the issue.
• The request is made after the 5-day window.
Cancelation policy / No Show policy
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
